The derivation given below uses Biot-Savart's law for deriving the expression of B at a point due to infinitely long straight current carrying conductor.
One can also arrive on the same result using "Ampere's law", and is much more mathematical simple but the above derivation can be used if it is specifically asked to be derived from "Biot-Savart's Law.
